Useful information on first access

We remind to NEVER use the browser arrows "forward / backward" to surf through our trading website, because they would be interpreted by our security checks as a possible intrusion attempt.

At first connection we invite the customer to do the following:

1. check / change the Commission Plan: proportional, degressive, flat: Main Board > Options > Commissions
2. password change: Main Board > Options > Password
3. to activate certain Markets/Products, the customer have to give a online confirmation: INFO > 5.Additional Activations and Variations > a. Additional Activations
4. Push versions require the installation of the Sun Java virtual machine, which, where PC Security Settings allows it, starts automatically at the opening of platforms. In case of problems please click here
5. to check the Account Balance and transactions carried out: INFO > Statement of Account and Reports
6. for information on features and ways of using the available platforms: INFO > Help and Manuals > Platform Demos and Videos
7. On the INFO page the customer finds links to additional services: Withdrawals, Deposits Details, Agreement Variations
8. to check the Security Settings: MAIN BOARD > OPTION > Log In to restrict access to one or a group of PCs, to set the SMS Alert service to every login and activate SSL (Secure Mode).

Some suggestions

To cope with possible technical problems could be useful to prepare more than one Internet connection, by adding a second spare access.
